The deep knowledge of existing programmatic technology solutions and a proven track record in growing demand for ad:tech and programmatic will be instrumental in developing an overarching strategy for the growth and development of Programmatic solutions

Collaborative style to articulate the vision to key stakeholders within the organization working across Publicis Media agency brands and other Publicis Media practices like Trading, Analytics and Insights and New Business to execute and deliver on the plan

Develop a strategic roadmap that will describe market priorities, assess existing organizational structures to identify strengths and gaps and design a clear roadmap for change

Should confident in recommending change and defining aggressive but realistic development milestones that will establish a consistent and differentiated value proposition to make Publicis Media Precision stand out from the crowd

Most importantly, possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on Publicis Media in APAC and the rest of the World. 1

Key Responsibilities: • Increase demand in programmatic solutions through strategic planning and best-in-class delivery to achieve organic growth and new business targets. • Establish strong and successful partnerships by advocating and educating technology vendors, publishers & data providers and internal stakeholders in line with the vision and ambition to shape technologies to suit our needs. • Drive thought-leadership by developing industry analysis and POVs, market landscapes for product roadmap planning and programmatic education purposes. • Conduct training, deliver presentations, and lead meetings with clients. • Develop close working relationships with Agency Client Service teams to empower the agency brands to manage client conversations and scale demand. • Develop and build services and solutions based on market requirements • Support custom / ad hoc external and internal special projects Skills : • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills • Intelligent, entrepreneurial with strong work ethic • Ability to lead projects independently from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentum • In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning or sales planner perspective • High competency level in analysis & insight generation; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Excellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
