Operations Manager

In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations within the assigned cell, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and schedule commitments are consistently achieved You will provide hands-on leadership on the shop floor, reinforcing expectations, addressing issues in real time, and ensuring adherence to standard work Further, you will coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and overtime within the cell to meet production demands You will coach and develop Team Members, reinforcing accountability, performance expectations, and corrective actions when needed Additionally, you will apply, own, and drive Lean Production System principles within the cell, including waste identification (Muda), continuous improvement (Kaizen), and standard work, to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost You will identify and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving, escalating as needed to minimize downtime and disruption You will support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional responsibilities as required based on business needs
