We are supporting a leading company in the industrial sector in the search for a Global Procurement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex negotiations for critical raw materials, ensuring strong alignment with regional and Business Development teams.
- Manage a highly international supplier network across Europe, Latam, North America, South Africa, the Middle East, India, China, and Australia, defining region-specific sourcing strategies.
- Hold direct financial responsibility within Procurement.
- Proactively manage logistics disruptions, trade sanctions, commercial restrictions, and geopolitical risks, ensuring supply continuity.
Profile
- Global senior procurement leadership experience within the chemical or industrial manufacturing sector (Chemical products, Automotive or similar industrial sectors) with 10-15 years’ experience in an international environment.
- Proven track record in international sourcing, complex negotiations, and financial optimization.
- Strong strategic mindset, resilience, and ability to operate in volatile global environments.
- Availability to travel
- Fluent Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
Master’s degree (or higher)
English, Spanish (at least one required)
