Appointment Coordinator (WC/IME)

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator experienced in Independent Medical Exams (IME) and Worker's Compensation (WC) to be based at our corporate office in Westchester, IL. This position is primarily responsible for working with patients/physicians/callers in a polite and helpful manner to book appointments for all seven orthopedic offices, enter demographic data, insurance information, and any other relevant information into the NextGen and Athena system. In-person training will be conducted onsite at the corporate office in Westchester, IL. Candidate will have the ability to work remote after training is completed. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays.
