Overview How You’ll Make an Impact As a Lead, Client Success, you will act as a pivotal individual contributor driving the strategic adoption and successful activation of Epsilon’s person-first media solutions for key clients within the Auto vertical
Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, you will collaborate daily with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to transform client business objectives into high-performing media realities
This is an ideal role for a media professional who wants to be at the center of the action—bridging the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
You’ll have the opportunity to: Work on innovative, data-driven media campaigns that leverage Epsilon’s industry-leading identity platform
Directly influence Epsilon’s growth by ensuring delivery excellence and operational health for our most significant retail accounts

What You’ll Achieve In this role, you will: Evolve from a marketing professional into a deep expert in the Epsilon Media suite, positioning yourself for future strategic leadership roles
Master person-first media activation and hands-on platform execution
Develop advanced insights by learning to translate complex performance metrics into actionable client recommendations
Gain expertise in cross-functional project management, coordinating workstreams across analytics, creative, and technical teams
Build and maintain high-value relationships through consistent operational excellence and practical support
Who You Are You are a client-focused professional with a passion for marketing, client success, and media
You excel at getting things done, staying organized, and building strong working relationships
You are comfortable working with data to monitor performance and communicate insights, and you have a strong attention to detail that helps ensure high-quality execution
You’re eager to learn how strategy and execution come together to drive results
You’re proactive about identifying issues early, escalating appropriately, and partnering across teams to support client outcomes and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring With You Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success
Strong client service approach with a proven ability to manage collaborators and deliver compelling presentations
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends
