About the position
This role sits at the heart of reliable, accurate and trusted P&O operations across DACHIT. You will support smooth people processes across the employee lifecycle, working closely with Payroll, P&O Business Partners, and Data & Automation. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, care and consistency to day-to-day HR operations in a multi-country environment.
Performance
You will deliver core HR processes accurately, on time and in line with global and local requirements. You will use your process knowledge to support smooth service delivery, strengthen ways of working, and contribute to practical improvements that make HR operations easier, clearer and more reliable for everyone involved.
Care
You will be a trusted point of contact for Flora Foodies on HR operations topics. You will provide clear, professional and timely guidance within defined processes and help create a positive, reliable employee experience through every interaction.
Passion
You enjoy making HR operations work well. You are motivated by accuracy, structure and service quality. You like solving practical issues, improving processes and making sure people can rely on the information and support they receive. What You’ll Do
- Execute HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, contracts, payroll inputs and benefits administration across the DACHIT region.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support resolution of payroll queries together with the payroll team.
- Support the coordination of local HR requirements and global standards, helping ensure operational consistency across countries.
- Respond to Flora Foodies queries on HR operations topics in a timely and professional way.
- Contribute to HR operations documentation, standard operating procedures and process improvements.
- Work closely with Payroll, Data & Automation, P&O Business Partners and external providers to ensure smooth end-to-end HR transactions.
- Handle sensitive employee and payroll information with confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate employee information and support operational data quality within established HR processes.
About You
You have experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, benefits administration and employee lifecycle administration. You understand how important accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality are in people processes.
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing several operational tasks at the same time while staying close to deadlines, stakeholders and service quality.
You are process-focused and improvement-minded. You follow established ways of working reliably, but you also look for opportunities to simplify and improve routine tasks in a practical, sustainable way.
You are professional and discreet with sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
You communicate confidently in English and German and are comfortable working with HR tools, employee data and standard Office applications as part of your daily work.
