Looking for a Full-Time Financial Services Representative for our Contact Centre!
You will be joining a team of highly engaged financial services professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience! In this role, your primary responsibility will be to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide appropriate solutions. This will include completing front-line transactional services to support their day-to-day banking, while also having the opportunity to grow into advisory sales activities such as opening new accounts, offering credit and deposit products, and identifying opportunities for wealth referrals.
