As a Consumer Lending Sales professional at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You'll be part of a team that's dedicated to providing innovative and customer-centric lending solutions. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to build strong relationships with customers and understand their financial needs. You'll work closely with them to identify the right lending solutions and provide personalized support throughout the application process. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. What you do - Manage a portfolio of customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell lending products - Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized lending solutions to customers - Build and maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners - Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities - Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Who you are - A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable - At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers - Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Who We Are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
