At GN, Indirect Procurement is on an ambitious transformation journey. We are strengthening processes, systems, governance and insights to make Procurement simpler, more connected and better equipped to deliver value across the business. Central to this is a digital and AI-enabled roadmap supporting better decisions, stronger compliance and an improved user experience.

The team you will be part of

You will join GN's global Indirect Procurement team based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark. You will report to the Senior Procurement Excellence Manager, Anders Bille, and work closely with category and sourcing managers, Finance, IT, Legal and other stakeholders across GN.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will

  • Improve end-to-end processes, advance digital capabilities and support adoption of new ways of working
  • Strengthen P2P (purchase-to-pay) workflows, controls, data quality and user behaviour to drive a more effective and compliant purchasing process
  • Support implementation and adoption of new tools and reporting capabilities through stakeholder engagement, change management and business impact follow-up
  • Turn procurement data and reporting into actionable insight across indirect spend, compliance, supplier performance and value initiatives

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

  • Have a relevant degree in business, supply chain, finance, operations, technology or a related field
  • Bring a solid track record in procurement, procurement excellence, management consulting or a similar role
  • Have hands-on experience with P2P processes and systems – including process design, data quality, controls and user behaviour
  • Have experience with digitalization, system implementation, process improvement or change initiatives
  • Possess strong analytical skills and are confident working with data, reporting and insight generation
  • Work independently, manage stakeholders and translate observations into practical improvements
  • Value curiosity and ownership, and have an analytical yet practical mindset, strong collaboration skills, change orientation and a global mindset

We encourage you to apply

Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferable skills. We highly value a mindset and motivation that aligns with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.
