We are seeking a Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide functional expertise and process guidance in support of business transformation, operational improvement, and change initiatives. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, ensuring that processes are properly documented, analyzed, optimized, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned business processes and operational workflows.

  • Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements.

  • Support business transformation and change initiatives by providing process expertise and recommendations.

  • Facilitate process discovery, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.

  • Document process flows, procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and expected outcomes.

  • Participate in process validation, testing activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Support organizational change management activities by helping communicate process changes and impacts.

  • Ensure process documentation remains accurate and aligned with business and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of experience working with business processes, operational procedures, or process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes.

  • Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies and best practices.

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Knowledge of business transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Experience preparing process documentation, workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced English preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational redesign initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • Experience supporting technology implementation, ERP, ITSM, or digital transformation programs.

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, Bizagi, or similar solutions.

  • Experience in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, or public sector organizations.
