About The Team: The Digital Goods - Financial Ops requires a highly detail-oriented and self-starting individual to fully own and execute the end-to-end reconciliation and settlement cycle, while effectively managing a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team for execution support. The Specialist ensures the financial health and data integrity of our high-volume revenue streams.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Partnerships Strategy end to end.
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding (Pitching & Negotiation, Onboarding, Legal & Compliance)
- Relationship Management (Account Management, Performance Reviews, Contract Renewals)
- Joint Marketing Promotion (Collaborative Campaign, Event)
- Performance Tracking, including but not limited to admission, assessment, removal, risk control, etc, ensure the daily operation of the agency, and promote the achievement of performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of work experience in e-commerce, especially in cross-border e-commerce, livestreaming e-commerce, or Business enterprise services.
- High-level fluency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to be used as the primary language to communicate with the internal team, XFN, and external stakeholders who are non-Bahasa Indonesia speakers.
- Have strong business development capabilities, be good at business negotiations, and be able to independently achieve and promote external cooperation.
- Have a data-driven mindset, and be able to guide operations through data analysis in aspects such as industry trends, performance evaluation, and project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have rich project management experience and cross-departmental collaboration experience, as well as a good team-work spirit.
- Problem-solving mindset, especially for addressing complex reconciliation issues
