Drilling Performance Engineer

The Drilling Performance Engineer role will see you working closely with our global support team and our customers to ensure the successful delivery of NOV’s latest digital drilling services. He will be responsible for ensuring solution quality through a detailed review of solution outputs. Putting yourself in our customers’ shoes, you will ensure that everything is in place to provide the utmost quality through continuous monitoring of the solutions. Your role will include escalations both internally and externally to our customers. You will be asked to create reports, suggest product improvements and more as part of this role.
