Job Description

Cyclomedia is a technology company specializing in the acquisition, analysis, and delivery of spatial data, as well as the implementation of GIS systems, street-level solutions, and tools for infrastructure and urban space management. The company delivers projects for local governments, public administration, and commercial clients in Poland and across Europe.

You will work with public sector and local government clients, ensuring that our GIS and smart city solutions deliver real value.

Your responsibilities

  • Actively work with existing clients after contract signing to maximize adoption of implemented GIS solutions, street-level data, and infrastructure/urban management systems

  • Guide clients through the practical and operational use of systems so that solutions are genuinely used in daily work—not just formally implemented

  • Analyze how clients use the systems and identify untapped potential in functionalities, data, and modules

  • Proactively recommend and sell additional solutions, modules, data, and services (upsell / cross-sell) based on real client needs and workflows

  • Independently manage sales activities focused on growing existing accounts and collaborate with Account Managers on larger or more complex deals

  • Prepare and present proposals for expanding cooperation, further implementation stages, and new system applications

  • Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor, combining GIS knowledge, system expertise, and understanding of client-side processes

  • Conduct working meetings, presentations, and training sessions (online and onsite) demonstrating how Cyclomedia solutions support specific operational and decision-making processes

  • Monitor solution adoption levels, identify risks of underutilization, and take corrective actions

  • Collaborate with the Service Desk, technical teams, and GIS teams to resolve issues affecting adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Report system usage, sales activities, and client growth potential in the CRM system

  • Work closely with sales, technical, operational, and international Cyclomedia group teams
