This role focuses on enabling teams to confidently and effectively use AI through training, support, and change management. You will play a key role in democratizing AI—ensuring it is accessible, understood, and embedded into everyday workflows to deliver real business value. Responsibilities Design and deliver AI training programmes, learning content, and prompt libraries Lead the AI Support Desk, ensuring smooth query resolution and knowledge sharing Coach teams on prompt engineering and effective AI usage Drive AI adoption, awareness, and behavioural change initiatives Partner with business, HR, and tech teams to identify capability gaps and deliver solutions Track and report on AI adoption, training effectiveness, and usage metric What will help you succeed in this role? Essential 5–9 years of experience, with exposure to AI enablement, L&D, or digital transformation Strong understanding of generative AI tools and prompt engineering Experience in training, enablement, or L&D programmes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical users Experience driving adoption and behavioural change initiatives Desirable Background in LegalTech / professional services Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI principles Experience managing support desks or knowledge bases Exposure to LMS or digital learning platforms Certifications in AI, instructional design, or related fields What we offer At DWF, we deeply appreciate the significance of offering a comprehensive rewards package that extends beyond a basic salary.
