Job Description
This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating aftermarket sales processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). This role is crucial in supporting our field engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of service-related activities. This role is vital for enhancing service efficiency and ensuring that our field engineers have the necessary support to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibility:
This position shall be responsible for
Service Coordination
Supporting the Field Engineer in preparation of service-related Documents
- Preparation of Quotations
- Preparation of Performa Invoices
- New Customer Addition
- Preparation of Spares / Service Quotations
- Preparation of Credit Approval documents and agreements
- Monthly Shipment Plan to Service
MIS & Data Entry
- Preparation & Maintenance of MIS related to Service
- Data preparation, MIS, and data entry into ERP system
- Machine LTV (Life Time Value) aftermarket report preparation
- AOP & LRP Preparation Support
Basic Qualification & Competencies
Education: B.com/Any Graduate (Commerce background)
Experience: 4+ years of experience in service coordination or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
