AI Full Stack Engineer

SJ Group's AI Team is looking for a Junior AI Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain our enterprise AI Agent platform. You will work closely with product and business teams across SJ Group to deliver AI-powered features at speed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI Agent application modules, including conversation systems, knowledge bases, and workflow engines
• Integrate large language model capabilities: multi-turn dialogue, RAG, tool calling, workflow orchestration, prompt management, and skill integration
• Build and onboard Agent Skills and Tools, including API Skills, Workflow Skills, Script Skills, MCP Tools, and SJ Group's internal enterprise system integrations
• Contribute to skill execution mechanisms, permission control, context management, and tool protocol design
• Develop frontend interfaces: Chat UI, Agent configuration pages, Skill management pages, and Workflow visualization pages
• Build backend APIs and coordinate system integration
• Collaborate with SJ Group's product and business teams to ship AI features rapidly

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant software development experience
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Vue or React, and FastAPI
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis
• Strong coding standards and ability to collaborate in an engineering team
