- Title: Deputy Program Manager for Health Care Services
- Location: 1 Day/week required to work out of HQ in Sinsheim. Remote work is authorized for the remainder of the days. Frequent site visits required within Germany/Europe (primarily in the KMC area).

Job Overview:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Operations/Project Management experience in business and management settings. Must have excellent demonstrable experience in utilizing principles of resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
- Solid level knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite of database programs, including (but not limited to): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in the English language, with a high level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and speak German is desired but not required.
- Experience with OCONUS U.S. military organizations and installations is preferred.
- Must be extremely organized and capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- A bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S Government Contracting is preferred.
- U.S military experience (e.g., military retiree living in Germany with EU-wide U.S. installation access) is preferred.
- Experience in managing medical DoD contracts is desired.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- All aspects of Contract Management
- Manage potential employee Security/Background checks and credentialing
- Interview, make candidate selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding and in-processing
- Oversight of timekeeping and absence requests
- Provide Quality Control assurance
- Care and recognition of employees
- Backfill coordination
- Assist with invoicing
- Expense monitoring
- Equipment ordering, maintenance, and inventory as required
- As directed, supervise Project Officers, Team, and/or Site Leads
- As directed, interface with CORs
- Handle safety aspects
- Assist with Business Development (i.e., provide input for technical volumes)
