About the Role
Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role close to home? We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our friendly team at our Baynards Green office.
In this role, you will help our customers and look after our equipment. If you do not have technical experience, please do not worry! We will fully train you on how to test, check, and support our products. You will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and making sure our equipment works perfectly.
What You Will Do
Help Customers: Answer simple questions and give friendly support via phone and email.
Check Equipment: Learn to test and calibrate tools using our easy, step-by-step guides.
Keep Records: Update computer files and safety certificates for the equipment.
Organize Shipments: Log arriving equipment and pack items safely to send back to customers.
Manage Stock: Keep track of parts and help keep our workspace tidy.
Work Together: Connect with our sales and workshop teams to solve customer issues.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential:
Great attention to detail and an organized way of working.
Comfortable using computers and basic programs like Microsoft Excel.
Friendly communication skills and a desire to help people.
Ability to work well on your own and manage your time.
Desirable (But Not Required):
A general interest in how things work (like electronics or gadgets).
Any past experience helping customers or working in an office.
Remember: Hands-on training is provided for the technical parts of the job!
