Assistance Services Specialist
Job Description
What you’ll be doing: Processing documents and telephone calls related to travel insurance claims and entering them into the database Handling and settling travel insurance claims Communicating with insured clients and service providers (in writing and by phone) Administrative tasks (processing incoming correspondence and completing documentation) What you’ll bring: Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Communicative command of English at B2 level An independent approach to task solving and the ability to set priorities Good organizational and communication skills The ability to provide a high standard of customer care An additional language, experience with telephone communication, or a healthcare-related education is an advantag What we offer: At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that
