Within the Group, you will join the Group Learning department which ambition is to support the AXA Group People Strategy and enable business transformation
Within this Department, you will be part of the Strategic Upskilling team dedicated to developing transversal skills and technical expertise and you will be supporting the AI transformation
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This opportunity is a short-term contract (CDD / STA) with a duration of 6 months
This role will enable you to play a central part in AXA’s AI transformation by designing and scaling high-impact upskilling initiatives, while working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Data and global entities
You will strengthen your ability to lead strategic programmes end-to-end, build strong influence in a complex international environment, and develop cutting-edge expertise at the intersection of AI, learning innovation and change management—driving tangible adoption and impact at scale. - 1 - Coordinate the TDAI Academy as a core pillar of AXA's AI transformation, in close partnership with AXA GO (GDAI) Coordinate the Academy Core Team (Group Learning + GDAI AXA GO) to ensure alignment, coherence and progress towards our strategic goals Own, execute and enrich the TDAI roadmap (2027–2029) covering priorities, target populations and programme portfolio Track and report key metrics (reach, participation, satisfaction) to guide strategic decisions Collaborate with Group Communication and Culture/Learning Culture teams to ensure consistent and engaging promotion of AI Journey aligned with AXA's people narrative 2 - Lead the AI for HR Programme Own and develop the AI for HR learning journey as a flagship programme for HR populations
Analyse pilot results (pilot from June to September 2026) to refine programme design and define the next phase along with entity co-designers and HRDs
Assess scaling potential to broader HR and non-HR populations 3 - Contribute to increase AI adoption accross our staff Monitor and report adoption and completion across entities of TDAI Essentials (e-Learning) as the entry-point e-learning for AI & data awareness Benchmark internal and external best practices (consultancies, institutes, experts) and translate insights into actionable proposals for AXA Foster cross-entity collaboration and knowledge sharing by facilitating communities of practice and co-designed initiatives Contribute to developing initiatives towards Leaders and Managers as key enablers of the AI transformation, in partnership with key stakeholders (Leadership and Manager Academy, Talent, Culture, Entities) YOUR PROFILE Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and deploying high impact projects and managing deployment across multiple entities in an international context Strong project management skills – strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhering to strict timelines Result and customer orientation Growth mindset and innovation oriented – comfort with experimentation, co-design, and scaling new initiatives across entities Stakeholder management & collaboration – strong ability to build trust in cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders (HR, GDAI, entities, communication teams) AI Fluency – good understanding of AI transformation topics Communication & influence – ability to craft engaging narratives and promote programs to drive adoption across a large organization Fluency in English WHY JOIN US You will join: A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet A company with strong values A company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employees A company offering many benefits (learn more here: AXA Careers) A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home
