Campaign Performance Specialist:
The Campaign Performance Specialist is responsible for handling all campaign related activities, including search engine advertising (SEA), paid social, and affiliate marketing, to support campaigns and maintain a consistent media presence, working under general supervision.
Your role:
Leads omnichannel marketing activities (SEO, paid social, programmatic, influencers, PR) by translating brand and category strategies into execution.
Manages agencies (media, influencers, PR, content) and budgets, ensuring efficiency and alignment with KPIs and briefs.
Supports and optimizes campaigns and always-on activations, defining ecosystems, target metrics, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drives analytics, reporting, and ROI modeling to enable data-driven decisions, continuous optimization, and performance improvements.
Guides market teams toward online excellence through coaching, cross-functional coordination, and performance insights, with focus on North Latam (Mexico, Colombia, Panamá, Ecuador) and strong English communication skills.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Event Management, Campaign Creation, Project Management, Agency Handling or equivalent OR no prior experience required.
Experience in agency and campaign management
Skills in data analysis, interpretation, and business intelligence tools
Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platform management

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
