Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy (BROD) is a newly authorized Type 2 Charter that is part of the Discovery Schools Charter Management Organization. We are excited to bring Discovery education to the Baton Rouge area through our second corporate partnership with Ochsner Health. The school opened for the 2023-24 school year, starting with grades PreK4 - 4th and will eventually educate students in grades PreK - 8th at full capacity.

School Principal - Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy seeks an experienced Masters level school administrator with expertise in Pre-K-8 th grade curriculum coordination, discipline, school operations, and educational technology. Experience with school start-up, knowledge of annual testing, and LEADS teacher evaluation is preferred. 5 years+ experience. Position available for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
