Dr John Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher certified in physical education/Heath for PreK-8th grade students. ; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree teacher, 2+ years experience with Preschool and/or Middle school students in a school setting preferred. ESL or Special Ed. certification is an asset. A strong candidate has experience working with diverse student populations and Ability and willingness to support one or more extracurricular activities, clubs, or athletic programs outside of the regular school day. Trainings and workshops in the summer may be required. Position available August 2026.
