Valet – Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through professional conduct and service.
- Provide courteous assistance to members and guests upon arrival and departure, including helping them in and out of vehicles.
- Issue claim tickets and safely park vehicles in designated areas.
- Greet members and guests by opening lobby doors and offering a warm welcome.
- Assist with arranging transportation, including calling taxis when requested.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming entrance area at all times.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure environment for all members and guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift, while maintaining a high level of service and attentiveness.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, and team members.
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Maintain a clean driving record with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
