Job Summary
The Wiring Installer performs rough-in tasks, pre-wiring, post-wiring, and retrofit-wiring for networking, audio, video, home theater, security, surveillance, lighting, shading, and other technology systems.
- Proper installation of all cabling, including category wire (Cat5/6), coaxial wire (RG6/59), speaker wire, alarm wire, low-voltage power wire, and other related materials
- Uses hand tools and power tools
- Construction site working conditions
- Physical work with hands, arms, lifting, bending, ladders, stairs
- Full time position (typically Monday-Friday and 7:30am-4:30pm)
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Self-motivated and responsible
- General construction knowledge and codes
- Knowledgeable and skilled with hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
