Manager, Client Success - Internal Only

In this role, you’ll manage a team of Client Success ICs (including potential Team Leads and Senior CSMs), driving performance through weekly 1:1s and team meetings focused on workload, KPIs, and impact. As a process-driven, results-oriented leader, you’ll partner across Client Success, Technology, and Sales to deliver high-quality service to Indeed’s PPC advertising clients within a global, metrics-focused environment.
