Job Description

This role is designed for a leader who can drive efficiencies by managing a team that enhances business processes, analyzes data, and oversees projects. It’s ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The job holder will lead a team that centrally co-ordinates and drives the process for identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, and managing related projects. They’ll also handle data analysis and reporting to support decision-making, ensuring all changes are effectively communicated and adopted across FSS to ensure value realization.
