Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback
- Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history
- Supporting team in executing learning strategy across directorate
- Helping in create a reporting analytics related to learning activities
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Tech, Computer Science or related major, fresh graduates are also welcome
- Have interests in developing people
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gsheet/Gslides), Canva/Adobe
- Demonstrated interest in learning and development
- Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive
- Desired length of employment: 6 month
- Willing to commit with hybrid working arrangement (Jakarta)
