Primary Responsibilities (based on level of care competency and assignment by Administrator):
· Cleaning and housekeeping (client rooms, laundry, and maintaining bathrooms)
· Engaging clients in conversation and activities for socialization
· Transporting clients to appointments and outings (as approved by caregiver and agency mutually)
· Must observe all Universal Precautions
· Providing medication reminders, assisting with meal preparation and clean-up, and documenting all tasks in WellSky
· Professionalism is emphasized through timely clock-in/clock-out, clear communication with clients and management, and reporting any concerns that need escalation
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
· State certification and license in good standing, if applicable
