About our property:

AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks is located in downtown Cincinnati at The Banks, adjacent to the Great American Ballpark, and Smale Park. What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for someone passionate about the culinary arts to join our Culinary team

Successful candidates for this role will have previous experience as a line cook, prep cook or banquet cook. They will be responsible for maintaining product quality and consistency, preparation levels and execution of menu items in accordance with hotel standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Food handler certification by state recognized agency

Intermediate level knifee skills utilized on a daily basis

Intermediate understanding of variopus cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to undertake culinary duties including: grilling, sauteing, roasting, braising, frying, sauce preparation and short oder cooking.

Will primarily be using a Turbo Chef and Panini Press.
