Sr. Youth Development Director Bear-Glasgow YMCA Family

Under the guidance of the Community VP/Executive Director, the Senior Youth Development Director oversees the development and operations of high-quality member-focused childcare programs through innovative program development, fiscal accountability and evaluations of the Early Childhood Education program, Before and After School Enrichment (BASE) program, Day Camp, Kids Club, Preschool/Teen programs, family events, and the Hanby Outdoor Center. Will have responsibility over direct reports.
