Seu papel na Baxter
O que você vai fazer
- Executar manutenção corretiva e preventiva em sistemas eletromecânicos, realizando diagnóstico, reparos e substituições
- Apoiar instalações elétricas e montagem de painéis e equipamentos
- Atuar na análise de falhas (RCA), acompanhando indicadores (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) e propondo melhorias
- Contribuir com ajustes básicos em CLPs e inversores, além de melhorias contínuas nos processos
- Elaborar relatórios técnicos, orientar profissionais menos experientes e garantir cumprimento de normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente
O que buscamos em você
- Técnico em Eletromecânica, Eletrônica ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência prévia em manutenção industrial (desejável em indústria farmacêutica, plásticos ou metalúrgica)
- Conhecimentos em: comandos elétricos, leitura de diagramas, CLPs (básico), motores/inversores/servos, sensores e noções de mecânica
- Experiência com análise de falhas (RCA) e indicadores de manutenção
- Certificações NR-10, NR-33 e NR-35 (válidas ou com reciclagem)
- Disponibilidade de horário
