The Tasting Room Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality and sales experience for all wine club members and guests. The Tasting Room Manager will consistently hone staff sales techniques, training, and organization as well as champion customer service and educate staff, ensuring that all Wine Sales Ambassadors are communicating in a knowledgeable and professional manner that is accurate and consistent with the mission and values of Wente Family Estates (Respect, Integrity, Sustainability, & Excellence).
