Your role As a Learning Partner , you: act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in Learning Development for business leaders and HR partners; identify current and future capability needs and support the business in anticipating workforce and skills evolution; translate strategic business objectives into impactful learning and development initiatives; analyze learning needs through business insights, data, KPIs, and stakeholder consultations; design and implement innovative learning solutions that deliver measurable business impact and support operational realities; lead and coordinate complex learning projects end-to-end, working closely with HR, managers, subject matter experts, and external partners; build strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders and ensure alignment between business priorities and the learning strategy; influence and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize the impact of learning initiatives; monitor quality, timelines, budgets, and learning effectiveness to ensure successful delivery; stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and innovative learning methodologies, translating them into opportunities for Bpost.
