Job Description
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Center Capacity, and SRE teams for technical initiatives and strategies.
- Coordinate and align roadmap and engineering design with technical leads and business owners across the organization.
- Drive existing projects and initiatives and hire new team members and lead new efforts in steering Google Compute Engine (GCE) demand.
- Grow, mentor and develop a SWE team. Define and uphold high standards for engineering efforts.
- Foster a healthy team culture and direct involvement with day-to-day operations of the team.
