
Associate Manager, Quality Assurance (Governance)
Job Description
The Associate Manager, QA Governance is responsible for leading key elements of the Quality Governance Framework across PSP, Clinical, and Coverdale operations. This includes full ownership of the internal audit program, oversight of external and client audits, governance of CAPA and action plans, supplier quality oversight, administration of Quality Agreements, and delivery of data-driven quality insights supporting compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Manager, Quality Assurance. The role provides day-to-day leadership to the QA Governance team and acts as back-up to the Manager, Quality Assurance for escalations and quality decision-making.
