
Associate Manager, Quality Assurance (Operations)
Job Description
The Associate Manager, Quality Assurance (QA Operations) supports the QA Manager by leading day-to-day Quality System execution across PSP, clinical services, and Coverdale operations. This role provides oversight of quality events (incidents, deviations; complaints as applicable), investigation quality, CAPA, and change control to ensure timely, compliant, risk-based outcomes that protect patient safety and meet regulatory/customer requirements. The Associate Manager is a hands-on people leader who develops a high-performing QA Operations team, drives standardization and continuous improvement, and uses data insights (KPIs/KRIs and trending) to reduce recurrence and improve performance.
