We believe in supporting our team as well as our clients with our comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work culture, including health, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, retirement plans, and more.    Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building.  Location/Schedule: 750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend -7pm7am.    Key Responsibilities: Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change. Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff. Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.   Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
