The Equipment Sales Specialist maintains the stability and performance of the company's tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure customer success.
You will:
Report your weekly schedule to your Regional Manager
Participate in quarterly sales meetings
Maintain contact with large prioritized end users as a resource
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company equipment offering and market trends
Lead equipment demonstrations for clients and Sales Consultants
Document all activity in Pipeline report to Regional manager
Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and salesforce to understand their needs
Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns in reference to correct equipment
Maintain a database of current and potential customer account information
Assist the Sales/Regional Manager in developing the project plans, budgets, and schedules
Effectively manage and grow sales in your territory
Work with the sales team to process customer orders on time
You have:
An associate degree or equivalent experience required
Fluency in Spanish and English (Bilingual preferred)
2+ years of technical maintenance experience
Basic understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, our equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
