As an ACC Area Manager, your main function is to lead Account Executives in a specific market toward success in sales and management of accounts. Additionally, the ACC Manager will work with our AT&T partners in the same market toward success in sales and service with each client (Communities).

 

Build and maintain solid sales and manage relationships with your team (headcount for teams will be determined by market but usually no less than 5 Account Executives.
Lead team members in relationships with leasing staff in Communities to produce leads for sales.
Keep up and train members about sales, promotions, and opportunities for sales with all AT&T products. Build working relationships with AT&T partners assigned to AT&T Connected Communities (ACC) properties for assignment to Account Executives.
Work to find new communities that will result in growth for sales and team members.
Work alongside Director to manage and help improve all team members and accounts.
Improve systems that aid Account Executives in their work and Prime as an Authorized Retailer.
