Role overview:
The Product Manager, Regulatory within CH Digital & Tech is accountable for designing and delivering the roadmap for a large scale &/or complex product set that will improve the user experience within their domain. Each Product Manager will work collaboratively with senior leaders to agree on priorities for their product set and deliver against those priorities.
The Tech Regulatory Product Manager will have ownership and responsibility for the products within their domain ie: Veeva, DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways (various), A4L SPL Authoring tool. Also partner with the Central data organization and internal technical teams to deliver AI/ML and GenAI capabilities such as Dossier automation
You are recognized as the go to leader and trusted advisor – removing blockers, working collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers and deliver value to Haleon.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Enablement: Leverages domain knowledge, including business processes, industry best practices, and in-market solutions, and utilizes insights from emerging industry trends to drive and support forward-looking product strategy.
Demand management: Collaborate and influence senior business leaders to handle and prioritise the product backlog with a focus on the highest business value. Accountable for product cost forecast.
Governance: Establish and lead relevant governance bodies (steering committees), provide oversight and establish business value, lead overall delivery, service performance and business risk
Product/Project Delivery: Lead the team(s) that will design and deliver the optimal set of products and services which meets the business strategy and requirements. Accountable for creation and execution of the product roadmap.
Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all products supporting the business are aligned with internal security, risk management policies and practices, continuity plans, external regulatory and statutory requirements e.g. GxP.
Feature Definition: Ability to translate customer requests, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers of new technology solutions and product requirements that can be easily understood.
Service Management: Accountable for ensuring the right services levels are in place and ensure alignment to those SLAs. Directly manage any Level 3 Support issues and escalations. Ownership for Life Cycle management of the product.
Collaboration & Influence: Collaborates with and influences the broader team to deliver business value to tight timelines, in line with the release management calendar where applicable.
Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption, building excitement, momentum, visible success stories and clear value-based versions of vision as roadmap plans come to life.
Your profile:
+7 years of relevant experience (e.g. R&D or Regulatory) and / or exposure to product management in a global IT organization
Track record in successful IT strategy development, solution design, programme and project delivery and service management, across multiple business lines
Track record in delivering business impact through process and IT enabled solutions, across multiple business lines
Experience with Agile methodology and vendor management
Knowledge of specific domain – Regulatory – experience with at least one of the following tools/solutions, with Veeva preferred: DXC/TRS Suite, Rosetta Phoenix, FDA/EMA AS2 gateways, A4L SPL Authoring tool, etc
Facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making using data, market evidence

Remuneration: 25 050 to 34 450 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competence
