Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Responsible for accounts payable function, ensuring that all disbursements are properly authorized and supported, and with invoices/receipts that are BIR -compliant

  • Responsible for the billing and collection of wholesale accounts

  • Assist in the month-end closing process (posting of month-end closing entries and accruals, perform key balance sheet accounts reconciliations)

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns (VAT and Expanded Withholding Tax)

  • Manage accounting documents and records collection to maintain tax compliance

  • Assist in implementing internal control procedures  and policy of the company

YOUR TALENT

  • Accounting graduate,  preferably CPA, with 4-5 years  experience in general accounting and taxation
  • Knowledgeable  of  Philippine tax laws/regulations and  reporting requirements
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work in a start-up environment
