Claims and Risk Manager

The Claims & Risk Manager is responsible for leading NorthStar Energy Solutions’ incident-to-claim lifecycle, working directly with the Safety and Regional Risk teams to assess, manage, and influence claim outcomes. This role applies adjuster-level expertise to evaluate incident severity, determine exposure, and ensure all claims are supported by accurate, thorough, and defensible documentation.
