About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll do

• Visit customers' homes to install a range of household appliances and guide customers on correct product use
• Operate PDA and Driver App to assist the driver with route navigation and order status updates
• Work with the driver to carry large items into the customer's designated room, ensuring the safety of both goods and the home
• Provide friendly and professional doorstep service, spreading Joy and enhancing overall customer satisfaction

Who you are

• Basic hands-on skills required; previous experience in appliance or furniture installation is preferred
• Must pass a background check with no criminal record
• Good command of Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and explain products
• (Optional) Holds a valid Category B driving license
