This role is a hands-on growth leadership position focused on building and scaling the full lifecycle marketing engine of a fast-moving SaaS product. You will operate at the intersection of conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy, owning key revenue-driving funnels from signup to paid conversion and long-term engagement. The infrastructure and systems are still being built, giving you full ownership to design, implement, and iterate growth programs from the ground up. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to launch experiments, improve user journeys, and deploy data-driven lifecycle strategies. This is a highly operational role where execution speed, analytical thinking, and experimentation are critical. You will directly influence acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, retention, and overall customer lifetime value in a fully remote environment.
