Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and definition of system management software features based on customer requests, competitive analysis, industry standards, and hardware technology roadmaps.
- Translate feature requirements into actionable product backlog items and high-level product specifications.
- Create clear and actionable requirement documents to guide engineering teams throughout development, ensuring that feature planning aligns with the company’s strategic initiatives and supports long-term business objectives.
- Proactively drive improvements in system management software to address evolving business and technology requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, LAB, hardware and firmware teams, as well as external customers, to ensure alignment between product requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage the entire delivery process from development kickoff through release, ensuring on-time deployment and maintaining high quality standards.
- Support the development of schedules and monitor progress, proactively identify technical or cross-functional risks that could affect timelines, and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
- Leverage data analysis, market insights, and technical reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to product features, solutions, and internal development processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor and drive the resolution of internal and external issues and bugs, ensuring timely closure and contributing to continuous improvement in product quality.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for internal teams and external customers as needed, ensuring successful knowledge transfer and product understanding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in system management software solutions
- Experience in project lifecycle and schedule management
- Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
- Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
- Experience in technical support service to customers and customer engagement
