Client Reporting
Assistant Vice President / Vice President
Summary
Neuberger is seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Reporting team. This role is central to overseeing the preparation, delivery, and retention of client reports related to the company's financial instruments business and associated activities, while contributing to the continuous enhancement of client service quality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and related data for Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) accounts, pension funds, sub-advisory mandates, and proprietary investment trusts
- Acquire required data, coordinate and negotiate with overseas offices, and manage data efficiently
- Produce regulatory compliance reports (including those required under Basel regulations) and risk asset reports for FIEA-related clients
- Generate performance and risk analysis reports for fixed income funds utilizing BlackRock Aladdin
- Act as a primary point of contact for client relationship management, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Draft investment commentary, including original writing beyond translation
- Supervise and develop team members, providing training and guidance as necessary (VP)
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
Required / Expected Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to guide and support team members and serve as a point of consultation (VP)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; highly cooperative and willing to proactively provide backup support to colleagues
- Self-starter with a proactive and autonomous approach to work
- Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies, including fixed income, equities, and derivatives
- Proficient PC skills, including Excel VBA or equivalent tools
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Approximately five or more years of relevant experience at an asset management company
- Specialized experience in a client reporting function at an asset management company, existing management experience, or a strong aspiration to develop such a career within our organization
- Experience drafting market or investment commentary for investment reports or marketing materials
- Intermediate or above English proficiency (primarily reading and writing; speaking a plus)
- Familiarity with any of the following systems: Aladdin / T-Star GX / GX-BIS / T-Star TX / Bloomberg / My State Street

- レポート作成に必要なデータの収集・管理、および社内外関係者との折衝
- バーゼル規制対応を含む金融商品取引法関連規制レポートおよびリスクアセットレポートの作成
- BlackRock Aladdin を活用した債券ファンドのパフォーマンス・リスク分析レポートの作成
- クライアントからの照会対応を含むクライアント・リレーション業務
- 運用コメントの執筆(翻訳にとどまらない独自の執筆を含む)
- チームメンバーの育成・マネジメント (VP該当者)
- その他上記に付随する業務
Qualifications:
必須/期待されるスキル・経験
- チームメンバーの相談に応じ、日常の働き方を通じてチームを牽引できる方 (VP)
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と協調性を持ち、バックアップ業務を率先して担える方
- 指示を待たず、主体的に業務を推進できるセルフスターター
- 債券・株式・デリバティブ等の金融商品および運用戦略に関する実務知識
- Excel(VBA含む)等の業務ツールを習熟して活用できる方
歓迎するスキル・経験
- 運用会社における関連業務経験 5年以上
- 運用会社のクライアントレポーティング部門での専門経験、またはマネジメント経験(あるいは当社においてそのキャリアを志向する方)
- 運用報告書・販売用資料向けのマーケット・運用コメント執筆経験
- 英語力(Reading・Writing 中級以上、Speaking も歓迎)
- 以下システムの使用経験:Aladdin / T-Star GX・GX-BIS / T-Star TX / Bloomberg / My State Street
