Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to our VP along with a significant role in office administration and internal project management. This is a long-term opportunity to grow within one of Israel’s largest marketing and advertising companies, where you will work in a dynamic, advanced technological environment with top-notch software and AI tools. Work Hours: 09:00 – 18:00. Responsibilities - Manage calendars for the VP and other senior members of management. - Attend management meetings, summaries and distribute them accordingly. - Ensure that senior managers are prepared and punctual for all management meetings. - Supervise the daily administration of the office including petty cash, travel expenses, coordinating deliveries, and overall office operations - Manage vendor relationships (e.g., cleaners, maintenance providers, plumbers, electricians) and organize office supplies including food orders for managers. - Monitor and implement internal work plans and processes.
