This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated CPA looking to gain broad business exposure and play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and commercial decision-making. Location: Champion Towers, Bnei Brak (opposite Ayalon Mall) Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Hybrid Model: One work-from-home day per week Dog friendly offices Overview We are looking for a curious, analytical, and creative Strategic Planner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between clients, consumers, and creative teams, transforming market insights into impactful communication strategies and campaigns. Responsibilities Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their brands, previous campaigns, business objectives, and current campaign needs. Partner closely with Creative teams, developing clear and inspiring briefs that translate client requirements, market research, and consumer insights into actionable creative direction. Develop campaign strategies, including brand positioning, differentiation, audience understanding, and the most effective ways to communicate products and services to consumers. Conduct independent market and consumer research, while collaborating with research agencies and survey providers to gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Identify emerging market trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behaviors to uncover strategic opportunities. Prepare compelling presentations and confidently present strategic recommendations and campaign insights to clients. Monitor campaign performance throughout its lifecycle, measuring effectiveness and evaluating results against business objectives and market outcomes. Qualifications Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and strategic problem-solving skills. Strong multidisciplinary capabilities, combining analytical, creative, marketing, and business thinking. Experience in market research, advertising, marketing strategy, and Consumer Insights. Experience in Product Marketing / Brand Management / Content creation/Copywriting – an advantage. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. Relevant academic background – an advantage. Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills. Additional information Who Will Thrive in This Role?
