The Impact You Will Make (In Future KAM Roles) 

As an Associate Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager, you will drive performance across key accounts, lead teams, and execute strategic initiatives: 

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts to drive sustainable business growth 

  • Develop and execute trade strategies, including listing plans and BTL initiatives, to expand brand presence 

  • Lead account planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure supply continuity 

  • Monitor sales performance, evaluate trade activities, and optimize ROI across accounts 

  • Support and drive sales strategies across OTC and retail channels to achieve business targets 

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales and merchandising teams to deliver high performance 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, SFE, and clients to ensure effective execution 

  • Provide actionable market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making 

  • Ensure operational excellence and full compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and ethical guidelines 

  • Drive continuous improvements and support business transformation initiatives 

 

Who We Are Looking to Connect With  

We welcome strategic, results-driven professionals with strong commercial acumen: 

 

Must-Have Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry 

  • Strong experience in brand strategy, trade management, and commercial execution 

  • Proven track record in driving business growth and managing multiple brands or portfolios 

  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial and financial acumen
